Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 18 August 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of Ads Autopilot. By creating an account or connecting a Google Ads manager account, you agree to them.

1. Definitions

  • "We", "us", "our" means Search Marketing Group Pty Ltd, ACN 154 104 257.
  • "Service" means the Ads Autopilot platform, its APIs, and this website.
  • "You" or "Customer" means the entity or person that registers for the Service.
  • "Connected Account" means any Google Ads account or manager account you authorise us to access.
  • "Recommendation" means a finding or proposed change generated by the Service.

2. Account eligibility and registration

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the business you register on behalf of. You agree to provide accurate registration details, keep them current, and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. The Service

The Service audits Connected Accounts through the official Google Ads API, scores findings, generates Recommendations and reports, and, where you approve them, applies changes to Connected Accounts. Features may change as the Service develops.

4. Your Google Ads access and authorisations

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the rights and authorisations needed for us to access each Connected Account, including any client consents where you are an agency. You warrant that you have those rights. You may revoke access at any time from your Google account settings; doing so will stop the Service from functioning for that account.

5. Approve then apply model

The Service does not change a Connected Account without your approval. When you approve a Recommendation, you authorise us to write that change to Google Ads on your behalf, and you remain responsible for the change and its consequences. You should review the supporting evidence before approving.

Rollback is offered for 30 days where technically possible; it is not guaranteed for changes Google does not permit us to reverse.

6. Subscription, billing and cancellation

The Service is sold on a per account monthly subscription. The fee is A$199 per month plus GST (A$218.90 including GST), charged in Australian dollars to your nominated payment method in advance each month via our payment processor, Stripe. Each monthly membership includes A$10 of Aura AI credit. There is no lock in contract or minimum term: you may cancel at any time from your account, and you keep access until the end of the paid month.

Free trial. New customers receive three (3) days free from the moment a Google Ads account is connected. No payment method is required to begin the trial. At the end of the three days, a valid payment method must be added to continue using the Service. If no payment method is added, the account is automatically disconnected from the Service and no charge is made. Once a payment method is added, billing is $199 + GST (A$218.90) per month, month to month, with no lock in, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Money back guarantee. If you request a refund within seven (7) days of your first payment, we will refund that payment in full and your subscription will end. The guarantee applies to the first payment only and does not apply to subsequent monthly payments. To request a refund, contact us using the details on our Contact page. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law, fees already paid are not refundable. Cancellation is separate from deletion. See the Data Deletion Policy.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service unlawfully, or in breach of Google's terms or advertising policies.
  • Do not access accounts you are not authorised to access.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, resell or white label the Service without our written agreement.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or circumvent the security of the Service.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, audit rules, scoring models, branding and documentation. You retain ownership of your data and your Connected Account content. You grant us a licence to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. No guarantee of results

Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including your budgets, offers, market conditions, competitor behaviour and Google's own systems. Nothing on this website, in the Service, or in any Recommendation is a guarantee of advertising performance, savings, rankings, leads or revenue. Any figures shown as examples or sample data are illustrative only.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data; and our total aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or your lack of authorisation to grant access to a Connected Account.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if payment fails, or if continued access poses a security or legal risk. We will give notice where reasonably practicable. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the product or by email before they take effect, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
